How to Install:

  • User should configure the Freshdesk API key and Subdomain
  • Navigate to Configuration and click the Refresh button and Select the type of Channel and click save button to complete the configuration setup
  • Navigate to the Trustpilot account and click the Add Trustpilot account ( Page will redirect to the Trustpilot login to connect the trustpilot account.
  • Navigate to the Trustpilot Location and click the Refresh button, Then Enable to Location and select the ratings for ticket creation process in to Freshdesk
  • Click the Install button to complete the overall installation

Limitations :

  • Application won't support the emoji
  • Application able to retrieve latest 10 tickets of the review after installation
  • Once app get uninstall and reinstall existing review may get effect of updating ticket process
  • Dashboard support is not available for freshchat
