• In the event that you violate the service rules as well as the service support system, we reserve the right to restrict or disable your access and use of the service without notice.
• Violating any of the Terms of Account Use, Saasly will immediately stop your services.

General conditions

You agree to use the service only for your personal or commercial use as an online support solution. Saasly makes every effort to protect your personal information and privacy, but we cannot guarantee the security of any information you distribute online. Agreeing to this agreement means that you are aware of certain limitations of them. By using the Services, you agree to the following:

• You understand and agree that Saasly is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or typical consequential damages, including damages for profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible damage results from the use or inability to use the Saasly service.
• Abuse of any oral or written form (including the threat of abuse or retaliation) against any Saasly customers, employees or members will result in termination of the account.

Exclusion of competitors

You are prohibited from using our Site, including the Content, in any way that competes with our business.

Fee

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you agree not to violate any of the following terms:

• Causing trouble, threats, harassment or discomfort to any visitor, or any other person or entity.
• Impersonating any individual or organization or on behalf of Saasly with any other individual or entity.
• If you violate the above terms, the signed NDA will be obsolete automatically without notice.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided on an "as available" basis, Saasly does not guarantee any conditions, expressed or implied, including but not limited to:

• Guarantee of status, non-infringement, ability to sell or suitability for any particular purpose, regarding the availability, accuracy, stability, information or content of the Service.
• Any sale warranties or for a specific purpose. You agree and acknowledge that the use of the Service is solely at your own risk. This disclaimer applies to any damages or injury caused by the services, including but not limited to unexpected performance, error, omission, discontinuity, deletion,delay or errors in operation or transmission. Being infected by a computer virus, weakening transmission lines, stealing, destroying or illegally accessing.

Any material downloaded or obtained through the use of the service, you agree and acknowledge that these risks belong to you, and you will be solely responsible for any damage to the computer system.

You understand and agree that Saasly and its affiliates, agents, directors, advisors, employees, supporters, and partners will not be liable to anyone indirectly, direct, incidental, special in respect of compensation for damages (including loss of profits, interruptions in use as well as data transmission and the like (even if the incident occurred) , Saasly will have the right to be informed of these losses.You also agree that in no event shall Saasly be liable for compensation in excess of the total monthly amount of service or free of charge, Saasly will not have any liability to you.

Indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you must indemnify us, and hold us harmless, against any Liability suffered or incurred by us arising from or in connection with your use of our Site or any breach of these Terms or any applicable laws by you. This indemnity is a continuing obligation, independent from the other obligations under these Terms, and continues after these Terms end. It is not necessary for us to suffer or incur any Liability before enforcing a right of indemnity under these Terms.

Termination

These Terms are effective until terminated by us, which we may do at any time and without notice to you. In the event of termination, all restrictions imposed on you by these Terms and limitations of liability set out in these Terms will survive.

Compensation

By using the service, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless employees, directors, agents and third parties or Saasly's reputation, without causing any harm through complaints or proceedings for losses, expenses, and liabilities in connection with or arising from connection to or use of the services, including but not limited to your breach The Terms and costs of claims arising from the content you submit, post, transmit while using the Service.

Content restrictions

• Display or promote obscene, vulgar, or abusive information for explicit sexual acts.
• Promote abuse, threats, hatred, harassment, conduct, smear or violence.
• Infringing upon intellectual property rights of a third party.
• Providing false, misleading or inaccurate information.
• Hacking or modifying the Service by Saasly's implications.
• Disclosing or hacking personal login information, including, but not limited to, the password without the permission of the individual or organization that provided it for you.
• Transmit viruses or malware.
• Spam or unwanted mail.
• Collecting personal information or user content through the use of Saasly with automated services or facilities without our permission.
• Promote, confirm, distribute, publish, or send any material for embezzlement, fraudulent fundraising with visitors through the use of Saasly's service. Unfortunately, at the moment we are unable to control all content posted by third parties using the service, nor are we obligated to monitor the Service, so we do not guarantee its accuracy,intact on the quality of that content.

However, we are sure that under no circumstances will Saasly be responsible for any content, including any errors or omissions in the content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred caused by Saasly itself. You further agree that you must evaluate and assume all risks associated with the use of the content, its integrity, and accuracy.
