How to Install?

Note:-

The email should be different from the registered email in shiprocket.

1. Go to Settings from the left menu and navigate to the API menu within the ship rocket instance https://app.shiprocket.in/login
2. Select Configure and click on Create an API User button.
3. Please enter a Valid Email ID that is different from the currently used registered email.
4. Enter a suitable password.
5. Enter the generated email address and password into the Shiprocket settings page in Freshworks CRM.
6. After that, click authenticate and Install the application.
