How to Install?
How to Setup the Jotform application in the Freshdesk instance?
- Enter the Freshdesk API key & Subdomain.
- Enter the Jotform API key.
- Enter the Default ticket, contact, and company mandatory fields.
- Choose the form & action(create a ticket/create a contact/create a company) then click on the okbutton. then the table will appear, then click on the configure button, need to map the form fields and ticket/contact/company fields. then click on the save button.
- After saving the mapping, a webhook URL will appear, it will be used for Jotform webhook configuration.
- Click the install button. After Installing the application need to configure the webhook in Jotform.
- log in to your Jotform account and open the form setting(which you configured on the app setting page.)-> Integration section-> Search for webhook. copy the webhook URL from the app settings page then configure it there.
That's it, you can good to go.
