How to Install?

  • Head over to you Zendesk marketplace and search for HubSpot CRM connect
  • Click the install button. Once the application is installed, the admin can navigate to any ticket and in the application section the admin can find the application.
  • The application will provide you with a link, which will redirect you to the settings page.
  • Provide you email, domain and API key. Then provide whether you need to create contacts in HubSpot or not.
  • Once done the application will guide you to the OAuth page, just authorize the application.
  • Once OAuth is done, head back to your Zendesk account and you can find the user data and the deals that are associated with the user.
