This application facilitates a seamless two-way integration between HubSpot CRM and Freshdesk. It empowers users to conveniently access and edit contact details from both HubSpot and Freshdesk, as well as gain insights into ticket information via HubSpot's contact timeline. Moreover, Freshdesk agents can readily retrieve vital information about contacts, including their Name, Email address, Company, Phone Number, Lifecycle Stage, Lead Status, and more.

Once the application is installed, agents can efficiently perform the following tasks:

  1. Access HubSpot CRM contacts, companies, and deals directly from Freshdesk.

  2. Create new contacts from tickets if they are not already in HubSpot. Generate new deals from tickets.

  3. Customize HubSpot Contact and Company fields to be viewed. Explore contact lists linked to a contact.

  4. Enable or disable the contact syncing process at your discretion. Edit and update HubSpot contacts from within Freshdesk, and vice versa.
